The Birthday Book Club Giveaway (Giveaway) is open to all residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older as of November 24, 2023.

Our Giveaway is called the Birthday Book Club Giveaway wand the other one is called The Best Bakery Giveaway.  

The Giveaway entry begins on November 24, 2023 at 12:00 noon.  You may enter the Giveaway via our website at 411bites.com.  Complete the Birthday Book Club and Best Bakery Giveaway entry form and submit your entry. 

You must provide us with your name and birthday to be eligible for participation.  Limit one entry per email and name.  Misdirected, lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries are not the responsibility of 411 Bites and will be disqualified.  False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.   Participants who disregard these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or otherwise, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any participant of 411 Bites may be declared ineligible. 

All entries become the property of 411 Bites.  All entries will be acknowledged at time of entry.    411 Bites will also acknowledge your participation on either of our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or TickTok.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.   The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You are eligible to win a book from our Book Gallery and a $10.00 gift certificate to any bakery of your choice.  Only one winner is chosen per month.  Total retail value of each prize package is approximately $30.00.

Winning entries will be drawn at random on the first (1st) month following your birthday month.  Example: If your birthday is in January, the drawing will take place on February 1st.  The prize winner will be determined by a random drawing.  The drawing will be supervised by members of 411 Bites.  All expenses  are the responsibility of 411 Bites.  Odds of winning each prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.  All prizes will be awarded.

Prize winner(s) will be notified by email and via our social media sites within 5 days of the drawing.  If a potential winner declines to accept the prize, forfeits the prize, has violated any contest rules, does not respond to an award notification by the date listed on notification, or is found to be ineligible, the winner will be disqualified.  Winners hereby release 411 Bites, its employees, affiliates, agents and representatives from all liability and responsibility of any kind which is related in any way to the prize including, without limitation any property loss, damage, personal injury or death and consent to the use of their names for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.  Prize winners may be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release.

The name of all winners will be posted on 411bites.com and all our social media platforms.

The Contest is sponsored by 411 Bites located in the state of Connecticut.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement, and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding.  

Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
